1. What You Are Purchasing
By purchasing ASO Mastery, you are paying a one-time fee for lifetime access to a digital course package. This includes video lessons, downloadable resources, and any future updates to the course content. No physical goods are shipped. No subscription or recurring charges apply.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Prices are displayed in USD. ASO Mastery does not store your card details.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you go through the course material and do not find it valuable, email us at hello@asomastery.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
4. No Guaranteed Results
ASO Mastery provides education and frameworks based on App Store Optimization best practices. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to app ranking improvements, download increases, or revenue growth. Results vary depending on factors outside our control such as app quality, market competition, and store algorithm changes.
We do not offer performance-based guarantees, revenue-sharing arrangements, or any form of guaranteed app performance outcomes.
5. Scope of Service
ASO Mastery is a self-paced digital course. We do not provide:
- Third-party app store account management
- Done-for-you ASO services
- Revenue sharing or commission-based arrangements
- Consulting, agency, or ongoing managed services
Any additional services beyond the course are not covered by this purchase and would require a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, written material, templates, and tools — is the intellectual property of ASO Mastery. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the course content with others without written permission.
7. Access
Access to the course is tied to the account you create at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect misuse, account sharing, or violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASO Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
